Strength:
Log or Axle C+P
3 singles at 85%
1 Clean at 95%

Technique:
Monster Dumbbell 15 mins Practice.
3x3 each hand. Does not have to be touch and go.

Bodybuilding:
DB Shoulder Press 3x12/10/8
Banded Pushdowns 3x40
Close Grip Bench 3x10

Interval:
10 Handstand Push-ups
6 Burpees
Rest 45 seconds
​Repeat for 5 rounds.
