CHOOSE ME AS YOUR COACH
If you cannot join us at the Garage Of Dreams, you can still join our team, by following my online programming.
We start off by answering a few questions about your training history and your goals moving forward.
Ideally you'll have an interest in competing in Strongman/Strongwoman, and we can find you a competition to train for.
Current online clients live in regional Victoria, all the way to Texas and Iceland!
Benefit from my years of research and reading, as well as my years of lifting and competing in Strongman.
My skills lie in being able to identify your weaker muscles, and the knowledge of exactly how to strengthen them.
I have experimented with myself on how to train for Strongman, taking lessons from Bodybuilders, CrossFitters, Powerlifters and Olympic Weightlifting.
With Strongman being a relatively new amateur sport, I believe most "coaches" are just guessing their way through training their athletes, using a standard Powerlifting or 5x5 style of training.
I look at things a little bit differently, and I've done more reading than the vast majority of these people.
My personal results of numerous titles and records throughout Victoria and Australia, along with the amazing results of all the athletes I train, have provided me with a large enough resume to prove myself as an athlete and coach.
Get started now. If you don't do it now, I promise you'll end up doing it eventually, once you see more of us start dominating.
