Health Kick is a 4 week coaching service, catered to the clients individual needs, but always aiming toward optimal health and well being.
Skin issues, gut issues, sleeping and anxiety issues can all be healed with a focus on great nutrition and mindset!
This service is designed to be a "quick fix" and not a lifelong approach. But the results are always fantastic.
Change the Scales
Change the scales is an 8 week program designed to help you weigh less (or more if you desire) by a certain date.
Perfect for competitors cutting weight for a competition, or anyone wanting to look leaner for an event they have coming up.
This service uses calorie counting and daily goals and check ins with myself and the client.
Food Freedom (Month By Month)
The Food Freedom program was designed to get guide you to enjoy all foods with a sense of balance and empowerment, without shame and guilt holding you back.
This is a 12 week course, paid monthly.
This is a very interactive course, relying heavily on communication between myself and the client to understand and undo the barriers you have created for yourself against food freedom.

Whether it's for fat loss, muscle building, health and/or performance, I can help you CREATE your own meal plan which suits YOUR GOALS that you can adhere to!
From how much protein and carbs to eat, to meal timing and food sot avoid, we will create a plan for you to stick to for at least 4 weeks.
No more online meal plans that do not suit your needs, let me explain the principles that will lead to you reaching your goals, and together crate a meal plan you understand and apprciate.

FOOD FREEDOM
The goal is unlocking a healthy relationship with food, life and your body.
This is something that has always come incredibly easy to me, and it excites me so much to share this super power with others.
The scales may change on this program, but the best part of this program is sustainable health and happiness, once you learn how to listen to your bodies signals, wants and needs.
This is a 12 week course, paid monthly.
